Note that since the PCs have time to prepare for the attack, most of the cargo (the crates and fuel cells), as well as the two power loaders, can be moved/rearranged. Let me know about any major changes, and I'll try to (probably crudely) update the tactical map to reflect these changes.
Also, there's a couple areas of interest in the tactical map. Area 1 (the Loading Bay) is where the pirate's ship is set to land, and Area 4 is the secret cargo hold Oleg mentioned, which can be used as a hiding place or somewhere to put equipment the PCs don't want the pirates to have access to. Most of the rooms adjacent to Area 13 (the Lounge) can also be used for hiding, including the floor hatch (though that would be mainly for maintenance and thus would be quite cramped).
