BC: OOC Discussion

Convicted Murderers, Thieves, and pirates. They all have a propensity towards violence. Something that the Empire of Khodar needs in its struggle against the Thelmor Dominion. As a convicted criminal, you are given the choice. Serve in the army for a chance at freedom or go to headsman. Wanting to live, you choose the former and enter the world of the Black Company.

Yeah, I never plan to be anywhere near melee fighting. And I didn't know I had to spend it. I was going to save to upgrade my spell slots. Or maybe buy a hex later, during some important story moment. I'm not sure yet, but do I need to spend them now?

no, just make sure you mark them in your character sheet in the character thread.

Slipping the squadron is not that easy. I will be posting an update later today.

I am heading out on vacation back Stateside for the next 12 days. I am sure to have WiFi, but between jetlag and vacationing, I cannot guarantee much PbP. We shall have to see.

I will probably be able to do some OOC posts at least should that be necessary.

Alright, I am back in country. Internet coverage was rather spotty in rural Pennsylvania and I was short on time back at the hotel during my vacation.

The trip was good and bad. Our team lost the first two games, but won the two consolation games after that. The experience was great and a good time. I also got to visit family and friends at the same time.

I will slowly catch up on things during the next few days as I recover from jetlag.

sorry for the lack of updates. September has proved to be rough for posting. I will be in training all next week, and then on vacation again for another week. So things are going to be spotty for the next few weeks.

Just a quick question. In other games the GM controls familiars and such, and from an RP stand point the connection to some god/entity thing would be run by you. (I'm thinking of mass effect's 'assuming direct control' kind of thing) But as far as like... general play/rolls and stuff, am I running TikTik? or are you going to handle it? I'm good either way, just wondering.

edit:

also yeah, take your time, life stuff comes first. I'm in no hurry.
