When last I talked with Herzog he had significant progress on his character. But he is in no hurry with a battle supposed to happen first.

Seems like all the transfers went pretty smoothly. It looks nice. Good work. =)

I wanted to get things in order here tonight, but I'm at the end of my energy. I'll do it first thing after I wake up.

I setup the Combat Management Template and posted for Cullen to get into position.
I think we just need a post from Grumblejack (maybe ?) and Duke before the door gets opened. I already rolled Initiative in Dice Rolling Thread.

I put up the combat start post.

Joph, you should be able to edit in Grumblejack and the room description into it.

The new map doesn't show the warden since his location is up to Joph and I left the combat stats as ?? since I am not privy to them. :mrgreen:

We can remove Grumblejack from Initiative as he will only participate if one of us calls him and then his initiative count would follow that person.

I am not sure you will start at level 2. The XP awarded for the encounter will still have us shy of 1300.

Incidentally, because the warden is currently in a dark room, this means that he is effectively blinded and has a -2 penalty to AC. This means fiendish eagle 2 actually hit with talon 2, so Mathias has got 2 extra damage on him.

Heh, and here when I wrote Rua'thil's post I thought the warden had AC 17 and they all missed.

I fixed the damage total to 5.
