Hayole shrugged, “Sure, I can complete the ruse by unslinging my rifle and saying now it is on. J’hera Zed can relay that trigger over his comlink and you all can come rushing in. Once I have my rifle in hand, Kalla can start going to work with his vibroaxe.”

“Let’s go.”

With Kalla, the soldier headed down to the stairs that led to the level below where Darga was allegedly holding a prisoner.

While Teeva and Critias hung back the Wookiee with the Sciurus clinging to his back and the soldier descended the stairs to the guard room. As soon as they reached the bottom of the stairs and the entrance to the guard station, they could see two Gamorreans behind a long computer console. There was another in the corner to the left, and three more towards the back, in among the crates.

Hayole stumbled a little as he lurked forward. He made a sweeping gesture towards the two in the center saying, “Sheesh? I tol’ ya!”

The soldier was uncharacteristically convincing.

Kalla walked into the scene, looking angry. He stomped toward Hayole growling, “Mmmrrourgh!” (Tell me what, you mawkin’ human!)

The Wookiee loomed over the human, looking angry. Then he remembered about J’hera Zed on his back and changed the angle of where he was standing.

Kalla winked a Wookiee-wink at Hayole and waited for him to do something.

Teeva waited out of sight of the guards with Crit. She listened carefully and tensed as Hayole and Kalla began their act. She hoped it would work as it would make the fight quick. The force user was afraid that if it took too long to take every one out, an alarm would be sent out.

But it was just a matter of time. Their ruse was over and it was time to bail from the palace.

Teeva controlled her breathing, glanced at Crit and waited for the signal.

J’hera Zed remained still, clinging to the worker's back to stay hidden. He hoped the guards were not real familiar with wookiee anatomy. He closed his eyes and reached out with his senses to see if he could locate all of the Gamorreans' positions.

Using Kalla's growling response to mask his own squeaking over the coming, he said, "Cee Jay says Cannon and Vex should get ready."

Hayole poked the big Wookiee, jabbing his index finger into the shaggy fur for emphasis, "I jush knew there'd be sum layshee buggers down here an' they'd not have any more ta drink."

"I wanna get shtinkin' drunk an' ya be too mawkin' shhhhober!"

He swayed a little bit like he was plastered on Darga's booze. "And don't be cushin' at me, ay big furball!"

Whatever the antics, the Gamorreans were not very amused. The three nearest approached closer, carrying their customary vibro-axes. They carried them everywhere.

One of the pair from behind the computer console jabbed a finger towards the stairs and grunted, "GROINK EEE GUNNK!"

Then he added in broken Huttesse, "Piss off! Go back up! No drink!"

Another remarked in their native tongue, "SKKKUNK MMMOINNNK EEEE!"

Kalla smirked when Hayole poked him with his index finger. He just smiled and growled, “Wwrrourghh!” (You’re dead meat!)

The Wookiee pretended to strangle the man, growling as he did it. He ignored the guards, but kept changing his position once every few seconds.

Crit caught Teeva’s eye out of the corner of his vision, and returned her nod briefly. His focus was on the scene before him, and Hayole and Kalla’s performances. Somehow, the act seemed to come naturally to Hayole, so much so that Crit himself was impressed. He supposed that being an angry wookiee took no feat of great thespian certitude either, but Kalla was wholly convincing, just the same.

He smiled to himself and keyed his commlink, whispering into the team channel.

“Copy that, Cee Jay. Initiate when ready.”

Hayole twisted in Wookiee’s grasp and violently broke the hold around his neck. Luckily it was not a real chocking move and his knocking aside the furred hands was easily done.

He unslung his rifle and yelled, “That’s it you walking carpet! I had enough of your grap. NOW IT IS ON!”

The signal was given, quite loud enough for both Teeva and Critias to hear it without a commlink relay.

When J’hera Zed reached out with the Force, he felt another presence. But with all the fuss his companions were making, he was unable to relay that information before a voice in his head whispered, “Help me. I know you can hear me and you are close.”

The commotion going on with the Wookiee and human mercs had the full attention of the Gamorreans. They were ready for trouble about to get involved, even if they were a bit slow to react to the sudden explosion of the pair getting ready to fight each other instead of getting back to the Hutt lord’s court.

As such, they were unprepared for the other three mercs.

Teeva tried to relax a bit in the coming seconds as she listened to Hayole and Kalla escalate their "argument". Then the signal was given and the girls heart leapt to her throat. It was time.

The force ran into the room and quickly assessed the situation. Those behind the consoles would be a problem, but luckily the ruse bought the group time. The near human didn't was any time as she moved into the room.

Acting quickly to take one of the guards out of the fight, Teeva threw out her gloved hand and pulled on the force. The near human clinched her first as she user her powers to grip the guard in front of her. The Force held, and the girl slammed the hapless guard into one of the others. Or tried to. Her aim wasnt that good, as the second was able to dodge.

He didn’t want to complicate anything the little Sciurus would do in his attack.

J'hera Zed felt the presence in his mind and it was a new one, not his former mentor that he had gotten used to feeling and talking with. But without more to go on, he was not about to start talking about it over the comm channel while he was trying to remain hidden until the right moment.

"Cee Jay copies," he replied over the comlink.

He felt the pull of the Force as Teeva drew on it to try hurling a Gamorrean around without taking any out of the fight once the woman was in sight. The battle was joined and it was time to end it quickly. Pulled on the Force and grabbed the recently tossed guard and sent him hurling back in to the elusive guard, blindsiding him to knock him flat. The Gamorrean being flung around crashed into the back of the computer console with a broken neck.

Crit moved in quickly, rushing up to join the fray. He heard the sound of heavy bodies hitting the ground hard and figured the Force-users had made a significant dent in the opposition. He moved in behind Hayole and quickly knelt.

“Good work, you two,” he murmured into his comlink.

He raised his cybernetic arm and unleashed a bolt of blaster fire, hitting the gamorrean squarely in the chest.
