@Slyph: Search is for actually finding traps, Disable Device for attempting to safely deactivate them once they've been discovered

@Slyph; If you take a 5-ft step and a Move Action. You might as well shoot too, can't hurt.

Did I miss a trap? Think Dram's hp would be 6/10 otherwise.

@Dram; yes doublechecked it should be 6/10HP, I think I subtracted 1 for you Cure Minor instead of add. Must have been when I hit Slyph for mysterious damage. Sorry. :)

Don't know what this 50% chance is about. -4 for shooting into Melee and +4AC for cover (-8 effective penalty). Don't have books right now, but don't remember anything.

PHB pg. 176's only information regarding line of effect is for spells. Line of sight for ranged physical attacks (139) and soft cover goes over that. But I haven't seen the chance to hit the wrong target for this since 3.0. Still involved in grappling, but that's beside the point.

That's why I said it cannot hurt. Might roll a 19 or 20 and hit.

Wow, sorry, the week got away from me with work and all. Also, I have to be out of town from Thursday morning till Sunday afternoon, and I'm not 100% that I'll actually have internet access. I will post tonight, then I will need to be off for a few. Sorry about the delay this week, as well as ahead of time for this weekend.

Yikes, I can't post tonight, I've got a mountain to clear before I'm away for the weekend. Sorry to drop like that, but I will be back Sunday night.

DM, if you can NPC me, that'd be great. Guidelines...

Kahal prefers to fight ranged as long as he can, pulling his longsword and buckler once he's either cornered, or, that the majority of the opponents are badly injured. Then he'll close in to finish off.

He'd keep distance as best he can, too.

Thanks a ton, see everyone again Sunday night.

If I recall correctly, the door/wall combination gives me partial cover against the only kobold that can reach me, preventing it from making an AoO on the spell.

Also, was honestly surprised at that roll. Was half expecting to roll a 1, heh.

That's correct. I have rolled and the Kobold missed. You can attack diagonally through the door way, but cannot move diagonally. Provides +4 AC cover. I forgot that with Kobold #3, but he misses Aukan anyway.

Slyph taking a delay action is fine, but it would be nice to tell me exactly who you are waiting for. With only a few players I will assume Aukan.

Kahal is going to delay as well until after Aukan. Does Slyph wish to act before Kahal or after? She gets the choice with the higher initial Initiative.
