Looks like you've got a full group here. Congrates.

If you are taking anyone as an alternate I would like a spot.

Thanks.

We have been running via email for 2 months, but we are dropping one maybe two players. After the next encounter I will introduce the new players. I was waiting to get the other guys ported over first and rolling before listing the advertisement. I have a lot of data transfer to do yet.

But you can be first on the list for the new openings, but don't start making a character yet until you see what's in the party already.

Just a little humor while the game cranks back up.

I'll be running Phoenix.

Thanks for letting me join.

Thanks Robert, got the email notification.

Mantis go ahead, you have green light on Phoenix. Liked the picture too. :)

I will create a tactical map today for you guys to be more specific on your watch patrol.

Guys, I like being smart about the character sheets. The Excel sheets are good because of the automatic calculations and of course they are done.

Mantis has posted one as an image and it looks okay. I would like to be consistent. Let me try to duplicate that with Morrolan and others.

I am not happy with the text file format either, sorry Brandon and others for the extra work. Since I have the master sheets let me try and get them all posted on their appropriate threads.

The majority of us here use the online sheets offered by

http://www.thetangledweb.net

Some also use, myth-weavers.com

You have to register at each site, but then you can use their profile sections to store your sheets.

These sheets have some calculations built in also.

Click the Mantis link at the bottom of this post to see, Mantis' sheet.

I link my sheets as a 'signature' in my profile so it shows at the bottom of each post I make as Mantis, thus one click will bring it open in a new window for easy reference.

Okay I figured a way to turn the Excel sheets into an image that is readable without too much difficulty. I am hosting them on Photobucket.

I can do the same with Phoenix as well, all four images. Mantis, it is up to you, but I can over-write what you put in already and finish it up in about 5 minutes, so it's no bother.

As for future players and their sheets I will handle it on a case by case basis. I like having the latest information on hand without needing the internet connection and the Excel sheet uses color to be more readable. It also does the weight calculations.

I envision players posting updates for their sheets as replies on their character sheet's thread and then at regular intervals I will update my master file and re-upload the images to replace the old. Then I will delete the update posts once the changes are finished.

The online sheets us do weight also, but I can be flexible.

If you don't mind doing the work tp update the sheets, I don't mind using them. I just don't have the software either at home or at work to handle Excel. Sorry

Regarding the 1st watch for Taris and Phoenix:

Need a rough idea about this perimeter that you are patrolling. What are you using for illumination, if anything? The moon will provide some dim illumination in open areas, but the area around the inn and the edge of the vegetation are causing significant amounts of shadowed areas, leaving the two essentially night blind along 3 sides of the inn except within 10 feet of a window (due to the candles providing dim illumination from inside).

Also how much of the 2-hour shift is being spent outside the inn? And what are you going to do at shift change?
