A friend of mine just sent this article to me and I thought I would share it.

Just proves that lawyers and judges have even less of a grasp on reality than the most 'unstable' DnD players. Might as well rule that 'stategy' games teach prisoners the patience and logic needed to plan prison escapes and ban them also. After all, you can not 'prove' that they do not!

Did I really just read that? That can't be real lol, because if it is then I'm screwed. My girlfriend's dad is a swat team member man, I can't be in a gang lol!

Or wait, better yet, my 20th level paladin is gonna smoke you up in the hood!

two quotes:

one fool can ask more questions than ten wise men can answer

There is nothing quite as wonderous as human intelligence, except perhaps human stupidity

two questions:

did they also investigate if playing games could prevent joining a gang?

Correct me if I am wrong, but isnt the legal sytem supposed to be "innocent untill proven guilty"? Vague suspicions and expensive words are not prove or evidence, right?

Why dont they ban sports, since team forming can lead to gang forming?
