Here are URPGS we welcome new DMs to apply to run campaigns. If you are a current player and wish to make the step up to DM, please don't hesitate to speak to one of your current DMs about your interest. Your DM will evaluate your posting style and frequency, and if he or she agrees to sponsor you, please talk to an Administrator about your interest and explain your campaign idea. Here are a few things to consider when planning a campaign:

    1. Do you have a campaign idea or a long term module? - Players are looking for something lasting and active.

    2. Are you patient? -Online roleplaying is made up with a myriad of players from all sorts of walks of life and with all sorts of styles which sometimes don't blend with everyone.

    3. Do you have the time? -At least once a day is recommended for posting.

If you feel that you can fulfill these guidelines, and if the Administrators approve your application, here is a list of information we will need:

    1. Campaign Idea

    2. Campaign description and title for the forum

    3. DM Name

Once you have registered your DM name and an Administrator has activated it, we will make your forum and give your moderator status over it and several other key areas.

Afterward, you just need to create a listing asking for players in the Game Info and Listing forum and you might want to advertise in the Out of Game Discussion forum as well.

All DMs have a campaign limit of three. That means you can run up to three different games on the URPGS.com boards.
